What we are building
Phone calls are still the way most of the world books appointments, resolves billing problems, and reaches small businesses. The experience has barely changed in twenty years — menus, hold music, repeated identity checks. Parlo is a voice-first assistant that absorbs that work. You speak a request in plain language, and Parlo dials the business, navigates the menu, waits, talks, and comes back with a result.
What we believe
- Voice is the most natural interface. No menus, no typing, no app to learn. If you can ask a friend to do it, you can ask Parlo.
- Privacy is a feature, not a footnote. Calls are encrypted, audio is never used to train third-party models, and you can delete every record you have created in a single tap.
- The user stays in control. Every booking, payment, or commitment requires your explicit approval. Parlo does not act on your behalf without you saying so.
- Multilingual from day one.The majority of the world does not speak English natively. Parlo speaks the caller’s language and the business’s language, and translates between them in real time.
The company
Parlo is a product of Parlo Labs Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in England & Wales under company number 17195213. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
We are a small, technical, founder-led team. We ship fast, we listen to users, and we do not raise money we do not need. Our infrastructure runs on AWS Lambda in us-east-1, which keeps idle costs near zero so we can scale without our spend scaling linearly with us.
Where we are going
Today Parlo handles consumer-grade calls — restaurants, clinics, customer support lines — in English, French, and Spanish. Next we are expanding to more than 60 languages, adding an enterprise API for businesses that want voice automation in their own products, and deepening the privacy controls that make Parlo safe to use for sensitive calls (medical, financial, legal).
